We cover any adjustment or correction to the installation at no additional cost during the first full year after delivery.

We back the quality of our fabrics and hardware with a one-year factory warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

For your peace of mind, we offer an extended warranty of 3 to 5 years on motors and automated systems, depending on the selected model.

Accidental damage, intentional cuts, or stains caused by external agents after a successful installation.

Incorrect handling of mechanisms or repairs carried out by personnel not affiliated with Noily's Window Treatment.

Extreme environmental conditions or lack of preventive maintenance recommended by our advisors.

How long does the standard product warranty last?

The standard warranty covers one full year for both materials and labor.

What if my project is for a hotel or large residence?

We offer special conditions for commercial and large-scale projects. Contact us to evaluate your case.

Does the warranty cover curtain cleaning?

No. Routine washing and maintenance are not covered. We can advise you on proper care.

Do motors have additional warranty?

Yes. Motorized mechanisms carry an extended 3- to 5-year warranty depending on the model.
